It's Taco TUUUUUEEEESday! We LOVE this taco truck. All the street tacos (chicken, fried pork, marinaded pork) are life changing. We get 5 or 6/per person and on Tuesdays, at a 1.28 a piece, you just can't beat it. They have many other offerings that are also good, but frankly, if all they sold was tacos, I would still give it 5 stars.

Super yummy street tacos at this Mexican food truck on Whitman in front of a steel storage building across the street from State Farm on Grand. It's a little off the beaten path but oh so worth the effort finding it. And $1.00 tacos on Tuesdays.
"Taco Tuesday" is part of our lives because of this food truck. We occasionally visit other days but it's a way better deal when the tacos are just $1 each. I've tried a couple other items but the chicken tacos are my favorite thing on their menu. It seems like their Moscow location is more popular but I actually prefer the Pullman truck. We occasionally do head to Moscow for fish tacos, though, because those aren't available at (from?) the Pullman truck.
